1 UX is not part Of UI, UI is part of UX 2 UX is a big umbrella where many things come under this like UIDesign, InteractionDesign, VisualDesign and more. 3 Asking every time the wrong questions 'How I can be good or become in UX/UI designer' beside this 'How I can improve UI design skills', or 'What should I start first UX or UI design' and there many other ways but first find your right purpose.

There are plenty of tools available for design, choose the right tool for the right purpose. It's doesn't matter its for the Windows or Mac just choose that you enjoy most.

There are thousands of websites available who providing a ton of content about design, Please use it. Read Blogs, Watch YouTube and Also make process. (Learn how to goals Chunking achieving big goals like UI Designer).
